"I worked with Brandon Licon at State Farm for Home and Auto Policy Insurance at the time of renewal. Brandon was exceptional in his service. He was extremely patient and never pushy. He was always upfront and clear with the quotes and pricing of the policy. This helps to budget expenses for the month. I was a State Farm customer for a long time and was satisfied with them however after Covid they raised the premiums drastically. I had called my agent to explore reducing the rates at that time. I did not get a favorable response and hence was forced to leave State Farm for All State who provided cheaper rates. So when Brandon initially reached out I was skeptical but he proved me wrong and I am glad he persisted in winning my business with his honesty and truthfulness to do the best for me and my family. "In sum, I called Gene's office in panic mode because I needed auto insurance urgently due to the purchase of a new vehicle. Not being from Texas, I had no knowledge of the minimum/maximums for the policy or what's required here. Rob took the call and took excellent care of my situation. We went through all the coverage amounts, he recommended coverage and maximized the quote with discounts available to me. He even suggested renters insurance and although I already had a renters policy, it turned out that, it was substantially cheaper through state farm than the other insurance company I had. I immediately canceled my renters and bundled with state farm. It also substantially reduced my auto insurance policy and considering i just purchased a vehicle, every cent of savings counts. All because of Rob. He really took the time to explain the policy, changes, charges, all of it. When they say "state farm is there" 100% believe it. NO KIDDING! they truly are. Thank you Rob. 😊 My family and I appreciate you."
